03.2 — THE THREE OBJECTIONS
What providers ask before they sign
"I already paid for SAFE."
Keep it as your archive if you like; we import its export in one afternoon. What you pay us for is the work it was never built for: filing to county portals with receipts, chasing a rejection, texting a renewal, and a phone app that works in a field with no signal. One county letter or one lapsed contract costs more than a month here.
"What if you go away?"
Export everything — systems, contracts, reports, receipts, photos — as CSV and PDF, any day, from Settings. If we ever shut down, you get 90 days' notice and a full export delivered to you. We will write that into the terms before the first partner signs.
"Per-contract feels like a tax."
It's the fairest line we found: a 60-contract shop pays $80, a 1,000-contract shop pays $550, and neither pays for seats. Inactive systems, one-off pump-outs and repair jobs never count. Founding partners lock their rate for three years.
