Privacy policy

This page exists so nothing on the site links to a dead URL. The wording below is a checklist for the
founder and their counsel, not the policy itself. Do not treat it as one.
This document still needs to cover:
- What the reserve form collects: name, company, work email, state, counties served, contract-count range, current tool, and an optional mobile number.
- That counties and contract counts are never shared or sold — the reserve page already promises this, so the policy has to say it.
- How long a lead record is kept, and how someone asks for theirs to be removed.
- Who processes the data on our behalf (email sending, form endpoint, analytics) and where it is stored.
- The analytics we run, whether it sets cookies, and how to opt out.
- Contact address for privacy questions, and the business entity name once it is formed.
