This page exists so nothing on the site links to a dead URL. The wording below is a checklist for the
founder and their counsel, not the policy itself. Do not treat it as one.
This document still needs to cover:
- That this site describes a prototype, that reserving a spot is not a contract, and that nothing here is an offer of service.
- That rule summaries and the free templates are not legal advice, and that the authorized agent's own requirements always win.
- The founding-partner terms sheet, which the founding page currently labels DRAFT: 10 spots, 12 months at $0, the rate locked for three years, and what ends the arrangement.
- The data-export and shutdown promise the pricing page makes out loud: full CSV and PDF export any day, and 90 days' notice with a delivered export if the service closes.
- Limitation of liability, governing law, and the business entity name once it is formed.
