05.1 — WHAT YOU GIVE, WHAT YOU GET

YOU GIVE

  • Two 30-minute calls a month for six months, with whoever runs your office.
  • Your real data, imported — so deadlines and county quirks are tested on the truth.
  • Blunt feedback. Screens that don't match your day get rebuilt, not defended.
  • Permission to name your company on this site once you're live (optional).

YOU GET

  • Twelve months free, then $50 + 50¢ per contract, locked for three years however the list price moves.
  • Your SAFE or Excel file imported, cleaned and geocoded by us before your first login.
  • Your counties' filing connectors prioritized, with you checking the first ten submissions.
  • The founder's cell number. Feature requests answered with a date or a no, never a ticket.

    Import and deadlines

    Your file imported. You see every system's next visit and filing date. You tell us which are wrong.

  2. MONTH 1

    Techs on the app

    Your brand checklists loaded. Techs run one route a week on DulyTrack beside your current process.

  3. MONTH 2

    First county filings

    Your main county's adapter goes live in review mode: we submit, you approve each of the first ten, receipts stored.

  4. MONTH 3

    Renewals by text

    Your next expiring batch goes out by text with e-sign and pay. We measure how many close without a call.

  5. MONTH 4–6

    Switch over

    QuickBooks sync, homeowner pages, reports. You retire the binder. Or you don't, and you tell us why.
